Dennis G. Harrelson is a seasoned financial professional and business consultant with over 45 years of experience helping business owners build, grow, and maximize the value of their companies—their most significant asset and often their life's work.
A graduate of Columbia College and a U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam, Dennis entered the financial services industry after his honorable discharge. In 1980, he founded OMNI Financial Services with locations in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, FL delivering comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, retirement planning, and estate planning tailored to business owners and their families.
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurs, Dennis later co-founded OMNI Resource Group, a full-service business consulting firm. Together, the OMNI companies provide an integrated approach: ORG focuses on increasing business value through strategic insights and hands-on support, while OFS helps owners protect and grow their personal and business wealth for a successful exit and retirement.
